Related or not related?

Just a quick -- and perhaps obvious/stupid -- question. Are the two saga rpgs linked? Say you sign your character up for the game situated in Great Britain but they had a desire to travel, could they jump into the New York game? I'm just a little confused because they're both under the same category ^^

They are both under the same category because they are both freeform rpgs while the Epic section rpgs are not. NYC and OA are not linked though so your character could not cross over into the other and the ai lists are completely separate so two people could have the same ai. :)
