So after watching Knocked Up I started to think about the show Freaks and Geeks, which used to be a really awesome show. I think it played in 1999-2000 and it was set in the 1980s and it was a group of high schoolers. I can't even remember a lot of it, i know there was like the nerds, and then there was like the rebels and Linda Cardilini [sp?] wanted to be cool, and i remember an episode where she gets high for the first time and a girl, i am not sure who...it was either an old friend before she started to hang out with the 'bad' kids, or it was just a nerdy girl she was partnered up with, but i just remember she was all high and the girl was describing the effects of pot...and stuff. Theres also an episode where a character is being mean to one of the nerds and gives him a peanut/peanut butter in his sandwich knowing he is allergic, and then he ends up in the hospital over it, and he apologizes thinking he is asleep in the hospital, only to later find out he was awake the whole time. It was such a cool show, and it started my liking for James Franco. I wish it wouldn't have been canceled.
