I contemplated whether I should put this in here or in the music forum (since they're musicians, too), but I ultimately decided to put it in here. Since it's the TV show that's caused my current love. :D

Anywho, FotC is my current obsession. I haven't seen a TV show this funny in a looong time. It's funny, it's unique, it has random bouts of song! :D If anyone hasn't heard of it, which is entirely possible, FotC is a new show on HBO (there's only 4 episodes so far), revolving around Jemaine and Bret, 2 men from New Zealand who have a band, Flight of the Conchords, and who are trying to make it in NYC. They have very small gigs, small budget music videos, and a fan base of one. :D What makes the show for me are the songs that they randomly break into, songs about anything and everything, that most of the time have me rolling on the floor with laughter. Some of my personal favorites have to be Part Time Model (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7vgY0yEs9Y), The Humans Are Dead (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLr3Ppz_Uxo) (Just for the binary solo and the robo boogie part at the end :D), and Hip-Hopopotamus Vs. Rhymenocerous (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mg_QOWDW-q0). Freakin' hillarious. :D

Does anyone else watch this show, or am I completely alone in the world? :(

i watched the show and I gotta say that I like their stand up a lot better than the show, though I do like they incorporated some of my favorite songs from their routine into the show with music videos.
