Requirements for Starting RP

Just wondering, do I need to do anything before I create an RPG in the Curtain Call/Center Stage forums? I'd like to start one but I don't want to violate any board rules. :p

No real requirements, just be sure to post up the OOC & Planning Thread here (http://www.perfect-ending.com/forumdisplay.php?f=14) and when the game is ready to start, the playing thread should go here (http://www.perfect-ending.com/forumdisplay.php?f=15) :).

Anyway can the RPG be about any show at all, if you choose to do a tv show.

Quick Question: If I were to create a freeform "Charmed" RPG where would I put it?
