With a new season right on the horizon (only 10 hours and 45 minutes to go), I'm figuring there has to be at least one other person on here who's obsessed with Grey's anatomy, or watched Private Practice yesterday and fell in love.

Am I right?

I'm a Grey's fan, but I haven't watched Private Practice yet. I'm watching it right now, actually. I'm looking forward to the start of the new season, though. Tonight should be a good night of TV.

Grey's Anatomy (http://www.perfect-ending.com/showthread.php?t=1038)

There is already a thread on Grey's Anatomy, but I think this thread can be left open for Private Practice talk if you change the thread title or ask for it to be changed?

As for Private Practice, I quite liked the series premiere. I just plain LOVE Addison, and to see a show kind of based around her is so awesome. Not so keen on some of the other characters, like mr. man boobs aka Dale...not impressed and his man boobs are distracting and not in a good way. The whole ex wife/ex husband thing...again not very into it, it's all too familiar. But other than that really, I think its a refreshing change from Grey's Anatomy, and Kate shines brightly ^_^.

I'm a total Grey's addict, it's a really awesome show. My favorite character is Izzie, and it used to be Addison. But now she's in California, so. And I live in Seattle and one time, I was sure I saw Patrick and Chandra filming the scene from... The second episode, I think, with the bikers. And I just about died.

As for Private Practice, I'm not that impressed. I think Kate Walsh's acting talents are TOTALLY wasted on it and it's kind of lame storylines. Addie was soooo much cooler on Grey's, it's not even funny.

I used to be a huge fan of Grey's Anatomy, but now I favor Private Practice more. Maybe because Addison's shifted locations. But I feel that Private Practice has more depth and something else (lol) than Grey's Anatomy.

While the only reasons I'm still watching Grey's lies in the hands of Patrick Dempsey, Eric Dane and Justin Chambers, Private Practice has won me over with the humor and the interesting characters. :D

 I know what you mean! Sometimes I'm like, "My God, why do I even watch this anymore?" And then Eric comes out with a just a towel wrapped around his waist and I'm like, "Oh yeah, that's why."
