I watched the pilot about 4 months ago when it first leaked online and it was amazing. As soon as I finished it I ran to my local video store and rented Terminator 2. The 2 Night Premiere begins this Sunday at 8pm and part 2 airs next Monday at 9pm. Even if you aren't a fan of Terminator you should definately tune in. Even though it's on FOX I'm still praying it doesn't get cancelled too quickly *cough*Drive*cough*

EDIT: C'mon it got over 18 million viewers for it's premiere. Some of you watched it right?

I was finally able to watch it tonight. I love it. I like some of the similarities with the first two movies. Now, there is also a lot of stuff that really doesn't make sense and that they screwed up a little, but I can overlook it. I hope the show sticks around and it's greaaat to see Thomas Dekker in something else cause I loved him on Heroes and I am happy he has a bigger role in this :).

I am all over The Terminator franchise, I don't mind the tv show, I think it's a pretty cool storyline- DEFINATLY compared to the rest of primetime tv these days! I'm just eating it up on FOX every Monday! (The first Terminator movie has been/and always will be the best one ever.)

Is it good? I kind of was looking forward to it, though a little annoyed with it because it was part of the reason Thomas Dekker wasn't going to be on Heroes anymore, but i love the Terminator movies [especially the second one]. Anyone know when its on or rather if its online like how ABC and NBC have their shows online? I don't particularly like Summer Glau though, she has always bothered me, but I still want to check it out. Good luck though, as it is on Fox -_-.

Personally, I love the show. I have been watching every episode and I can't wait for the season finale tonight. I can't really call myself a Terminator prior to watching the show but I did love the second Terminator-movie so I knew what they were about but I didn't feel particularly enthusiastic - at first. When I heard that Summer Glau and Thomas Dekker were both going to be in it, I decided that I better watch, since I am a fan of theirs. First, I thought the show was a bad idea and it wasn't going to be half as good as it turned out to be. The characters are really fantastic (although I am a little annoyed by Sarah's super-paranoia but I think I would be even more bothered if it wasn't there). I also adore the new "spin" the show got when Brian Austen Green joined the show.

Anyone else excited about the season finale tonight?

I absolutely love the show :D I love the characters and the storylines and just... absolutely lovely. I so hope that there will be a second season. I haven't really seen the Terminator films but I think that the show is awesome :D Especially around episode 6-7.

Seriously, it feels as if though Brian added a new element to the show. And there is definitely some backstory regarding Cameron and Derek because for some reason he calls her "metal b*tch" in the fifth episode (or fourth? Can't recall) and from what we saw from the future, he shouldn't call her that since she saved his life, lol. You know what I mean?

Yeah, Derek and Cameron definitely have a history (and I'm LOVING it!). What I find kind of interesting is the difference between Andy Good's death and the near-to-death experience that Derek had. In the first, Cameron had no difficulty accepting Andy's death (since he was about as insignificant to her as a bug) whereas when Derek is lying on the table, approaching his fate, Cameron sits down and writes a note because she's unable to cry and express her emotions that way. She's overwhelmed by emotions, or at least as close as. She doesn't know that Derek is John's uncle, not until the next episode, so therefore she's writing that note only to herself and sort of a vent for the sense of loss she thinks she's experiencing (it's always difficult to tell with Cameron whether she's mimicing human emotions or if she's actually experiencing them).

Derek/Cameron is such an interesting pair just because they are absolutely polar opposites and he hates her and everything, but in the same way, because of the situation they've both experienced (war) they are more alike than any of the others. He thinks that he knows what she's all about but in 1x07 she sort of flips that idea and she turns into this thing that Derek doesn't know at all.

Ooh, I'm so excited to learn about what happened in the basement. :D

Ooh, I'm so excited to learn about what happened in the basement. :D

Is that something we learn in these two episodes tonight or something we'll learn later if the show is renewed? Do you know?

I think I read in some Brian Austin Green interview that we are going to learn what happened. And apparently seems like our lovely Derek has an agenda of his own, or at least it appears that way from the trailers I saw.

I'm so excited :D

Derek really brought something to the show that I'm a huge fan of - complexity.
