The Maine

[Remember the Stars]

So, I came across this band a few months ago, and I fell in love with their sound. I find the lead singer to be completely adorable, and he can be hot when he wants to be, but overall, their sound is really what I like about them. They have decent lyrics, and the music works for them. The Maine has a couple of EPs out. Stay Up, Get Down and The Way We Talk (which is available on iTunes) are the ones I've come across, and I like both of them.

I know I've told a few people on PE about them, but I figured I'd share with everybody else who might be interested. They do have a MySpace (http://myspace.com/themaine), and they do a cover of Akon's "I Want to Love You" that I think is better than the original, but I'm not a fan of the original. Personally, my favorite song by them is "Daisy," but yeah, they're worth checking out at least once.

[Fiery Skies]

Amanda, good suggestion. I checked out their MySpace and the music is pretty good! And the lead singer is uber hot! Especially in that header....I'm so gonna check out some more of their stuff. I like the lead singer's voice....sure it sounds like alot of other bands, but it's still something different. *yay* New music! :D

[Frontier City]

Amanda was my gateway for this. We were just talking about them the other night when I was totally obsessed with their myspace colors. I like the music, it's really chill and a good listen. At least my favorite song is.

[Car Crash Heart]

So I finally got around to listening to them and I really like them. I especially love their version of "I Wanna Love You". It's actually good, but it amuses me. lol Other than that, I really like "The Way We Talk".
