I was a little bit hesitant to listen to this band at first, but after I listened to their music... I fell in love. The music and the lyrics are very addicting. And some of you might be interested to know that the lead singer, Mason Musso, and the lead guitarist/backup vocalist, Trace Cyrus, are the brothers of Mitchel Musso and Miley Cyrus from Hannah Montana (hence the hesitation). I can't even pick a favorite song from their album because I love so many of them. I think my least favorite is True to Me, though.
Here is their myspace (http://www.myspace.com/metrostation), which has four songs you can listen to.
Also, they're currently on tour with Cobra Starship on the Really, Really, Ridiculously Good Looking Tour.

I actually looked into this band when I saw them in Daphne's "Show what I'm listening to" thing on MSN, since Daph has pretty awesome taste in music. I figured I should at least give them a shot if she liked them, and I'm just now really getting into them. I've only heard a few songs, but from what I've heard, they're pretty good. I'll look past the Hannah Montana connection and just continue to enjoy the music, lol.

Heeeeeey these guys are kind of good. Like Amanda, I'll forget about the Hannah Montana connection but they're a band I'll definately see. In fact, hey they're coming in Feb. We'll see how life goes.

I would kill for tickets to the RRRGL tour, but pretty much everywhere is sold out. Which really, really sucks. I think I'm a bigger fan of Cobra Starship, but I have to admit Metro Station has something going for them. I adore Kelsey, with its soothing beat (for some odd reason it calms me), and I could fall asleep listening to it.
But yeah, talented band. The Hannah Montana connection is a little weird? I have nothing against Hannah Montana, but it just makes me feel a little... iffy? And odd. I think its just weird seeing such a "teeny" show being connected to an upbeat band that I really enjoy. Its kind of like if the Suite Life of Zach and Cody was connected to Panic! At The Disco or something (even though I'm not that huge a fan of them, lmao).
Anywaays, yeah, done rambling with opinions[==

They're not too bad and actually, he's only half-brother to Miley Cyrus. They don't share the same father, so the talent is all about the mother. And I might go see them in a few days, though I'll probably be the oldest person there.

Yeah, I think because Trace is related to Miley Cyrus is the reason why I bothered to even check these guys out when my boyfriend told me about them a while ago to see how different they are. I have a few songs in my iTunes, they're pretty good. I'm not the biggest fan but they do know how to make pretty good music.
